Below are a few of the services in which we specialize.  These services can be contracted directly with our technicians or through the services of www.onforce.com by directing the work order to one of our technicians listed below.  Contracting directly with our technicians is your least expensive method as we can control the costs associated with each service.  Contracting through OnForce.com will result in additional service fees however you are assured of more control over the service completion and payment process.  If your need for service is beyond our local area, you may wish to take advantage of the OnForce.com platform.  You register with OnForce.com as a client, direct your work order to one of our technicians and, if the technician decides to accept your work order, once the work is completed to your satisfaction you pay OnForce.com and OnForce.com pays us.  For this service OnForce.com charges a 10% fee which is very reasonable considering the service they offer.  Check their web site for details.

Computer Hardware Service Requests - These include desktop systems, laptops, notebooks and other custom computer systems.  Service level repair will depend on the diagnostic determination made by the technician.  Some repairs are very simple, some can be very involved.  Because even the smallest service repair results in a significant travel investment, we have a minimum service call charge depending on the distance your location is from our closest repair location.  Even if we must send a technician from a more distant service location, you will only charged from our closest service location.  This minimum charge will be provided by the technician at the time service is arranged.

Printer Service - Most printers which justify onsite service costs are of the laser variety.  Inkjet or Bubblejet printers are far less expensive to replace with a new printer when they cease to function.  The initial service call itself will cost more than the printer is worth.  Laser printers are becoming less and less expensive and even some of them do not justify the cost of service.  Call with your printer make and model and we will determine if a service call is justified in light of the problem encountered.  Some times we can give you a lead as to what might be the problem without a charge.  If that does not work, it is more than likely time for a new printer.

Network Installation & Configuration - We have technicians skilled in the installation and service of all types of networks, wired or wireless.  Because wireless networks are becoming less and less expensive, they are the network of choice in most situations.  Even at home, a wireless network can be very easy to install and requires very little upkeep.  Our technicians, after installing your network, will provide training in those areas which might become a concern once they leave the site.  This will allow you to maintain your network in most situations not requiring the services of our technicians.  When our technician is required, we maintain a file of your site configuration to allow any technician assigned to your work order to quickly determine what might be the problem, significantly reducing the onsite time involved.

Installing & Configuring Windows XP - The only versions of Microsoft's operating system currently supported by Microsoft© is Windows 2000 and Windows XP Home & Professional.  You may have heard they have extended support for 98 and ME however you will find there is no practical way to obtain support on these phased out products.  Our technicians are skilled in all versions of Windows and can support your installation regardless of how old it might be, or how seriously Microsoft would like you to upgrade.  By maintaining original installation disks, our technicians are prepared to reinstall corrupt files, restore problem areas and otherwise try and get you back on line regardless of your operating system version.  However, if you want to upgrade and need assistance we can provide that also.  We do not sell software, check your local warehouse store or computer retailer for your best price.  Fact is, Costco sells Windows for less than our wholesale price.  If you need assistance during the installation or would like us to do the entire upgrade, call or enter a work order on OnForce.com.

Training Services For All Computer Hardware & Software - We have technicians who have been in the computer training field for over 35 years.  Our training experience includes governments, commercial, private individuals and offices of all types.  We can train your staff using our onsite large display monitors and small powerful laptops to provide hands-on experience and a minimum of down time for your people.  By our technicians coming to your site, you benefit from very low employee time loss, flexibility of training modifications based on what the technicians observes onsite and the use, where possible, of the same equipment for training that the employee will use in their everyday job.  Our training is priced in package fashion, you purchase so many hours for a set number of employees and you use that time as it best fits your needs.  Minimum training hours is three hours per visit multiplied times your quoted rate per hour.  This allows us to cover travel costs at the quoted rate.
